25th Anniversary of the Lobster Menu at La Côte Saint Jacques
Chef Jean Michel Lorain is back to his second home to present the 25th edition of his annual lobster menu from La Côte Saint Jacques from Thursday 8th to Saturday 10th June 2017 at J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain.

Lobster salad, exotic fruit Macédoine and sweet & sour mango dressing
Lobster served with morels, gnocchi, peas and green cardamom emulsion*

Sablé pastry served with citrus, lemon cream and mandarin sorbet
