Observe the traditions of this ancient festival and purify your body and mind. Our Head Chef at J’AIME, Amerigo Sesti and his team of culinary artisans are delighted to present a 7-course French Degustation Tasting Menu created using local and organic vegetables, available for lunch and dinner.

Organic egg yolk confit with sweetcorn purée, pop Dauphine, red cabbage powder and vegetable thyme jus

Green mango crèmeux, blood orange gelée and sticky nut biscuit
