To celebrate J’aime by Jean-Michel Lorain’s 10th anniversary, 2-Michelin-star chef Jean-Michel Lorain returns from October 31st to November 4th with a special menu of his finest creations.

PROLOGUE
Razor clams casserole, Konjac and smoked butter toast

Caviar floating island, beef consommé jelly and black radish cream
