Chef Jean-Michel Lorain is back in Thailand with a Culinary Masterpiece : “Denouement”

 

To celebrate J’aime by Jean-Michel Lorain’s 10th anniversary, 2-Michelin-star chef Jean-Michel Lorain returns from October 31st to November 4th with a special menu of his finest creations.

PROLOGUE

Razor clams casserole, Konjac and smoked butter toast

 

ACT I: THE CHEF’S GRAND RETURN

Caviar floating island, beef consommé jelly and black radish cream

Frog “jambonettes”, macadamia and snap peas *

 

ACT II: FRENCH HERITAGE ON A PLATE

Lightly smoked barramundi with truffle butter sauce *

Lobster, citrus polenta and coffee jus

 

ACT III: THE MASTER’S CRAFT

Red label chicken, spring vegetables and creamy sparkling wine

sauce
