While constantly searching for local organic products and growing together with the Thai “terroir”, we keep sourcing some of our ingredients from abroad to guarantee an intriguing variety and maintain high quality. To this end, and in order to reduce the restaurant carbon footprint and its impact on the environment, we started looking east rather than west and we realized that this wasn’t only helping us to make a more conscious choice, but we also discovered remarkably higher quality and freshness.

Sea urchin, tomato water with bruschetta


Scallop and sea pineapple tartare, cauliflower, soya and truffle


Japanese hamadai fish, yuzu marmalade, Thai basil and smoked paprika emulsion


Poached foie gras, buckwheat and bonito consommé


Kumamoto Wagyu beef, root vegetables, hajikami, sweet and sour split jus


Moji, ume, bean


Seaweed, chocolate and kabosu lemon

7-course menu available for lunch and dinner at 3,300 THB ++ per person including coffee and tea

J’AIME is open daily for lunch from 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (last orders) and dinner from 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (last orders). Sunday Brunch from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on the last Sunday of each month. Closed all day every Tuesday and Wednesday lunch.
