Hayman’s Gin & Wine Dinner
Indulge in an exquisite 5-course gin & wine pairing dinner menu created by Chef Amerigo Sesti in collaboration with our head sommelier and mixologist, Khun Yuthapichai Polnakoo. This innovative culinary journey will take place on Wednesday, 18th November 2020, for dinner only and features a selection of the award-winning Hayman’s gins together with premium wines.

J’AIME is open daily for lunch from 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (last orders) and dinner from 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (last orders). Sunday Brunch from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on the last Sunday of each month. Closed all day every Tuesday and Wednesday lunch.
